I sand cast this piece in solid glass from a ceramic piece I sculpted after an ancient Gandhara Buddha head. In contrast with the sandy surface, the halo has been beveled and polished into a circular prism, which magnifies a reflection of the face off the back when viewed from above.
7 inches tall by 6” wide by 2.5” deep. Perfect for a windowsill. It makes rainbows when in direct sun from certain angles!
